JesseRay Vasquez founded Nickho Rey in 2016 with the intention of bringing the worlds of fine and fashion jewelry together to essentially create what is known as demi-fine jewelry. He is inspired by the casual glamour of his west coast roots and where it intersects with his current fast-paced life in NYC.

Born in Israel in the 1970’s and raised in a home with deep Eastern European roots, Kobi Halperin grew up surrounded by hand-carved furniture, embellished tapestries, and beautifully framed paintings. Halperin continues to draw inspiration from the intricate details of his past while giving today’s woman a modern and feminine look.
