All of us at Tootsies want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund following our return policy.
Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to submitting a return request.
- Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the Tootsies security hang tag and original tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and unused in the original boxes, with all packaging originally provided. The box must be shipped inside a protective shipping box to reduce any potential damage.
- Cosmetics, and Intimate Apparel items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- All items purchased at 50% or more off original price are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- We do not offer exchanges for on-line purchases.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return request. We appreciate you entering your order number in the subject line and providing us with the detail of the item you wish to return along with the reason that you are not happy with your purchase.
Once we receive your return request and confirm that it is in compliance with our return policy, a return shipping label will be issued. Specific return instructions will be communicated via email from our customer service team to ensure a smooth transaction.
Once the return merchandise has been received by us and confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will refund to your original payment method, less any original shipping charges if applicable (Express and Overnight).
