We want you to be delighted with your Tootsies purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund subject to the conditions below. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to submitting a return request.
- To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and unused in the original boxes and dust bags provided and inside a protective shipping box.
- Cosmetics, and Intimate Apparel items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- All items purchased at more than 50% off original price will be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Upon confirmation that your return request is within the 14 day return window and is not a final sale item, a return shipping label will be issued for you to proceed with your return request. Specific return instructions will be communicated via email from our customer service team.
Once the return merchandise has been received in compliance with our returns policy, we will refund your original payment method, less any original shipping charges (Express, Overnight and for orders <$250) as well as a $10 shipping and handling fee for the use of the return label. We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
